SupAventura is built on small groups. Maximum 8 people per trip — so every experience feels personal, connected and intentional. This is not a mass retreat. It's a curated week designed around you.

FAQ

Do I need yoga or surf experience? +

No experience needed at all. Our instructors adapt to every level, from complete beginners to those with some experience. Just bring an open mind.

Can I travel alone? +

Absolutely — most of our guests travel solo! You'll arrive as a stranger and leave with new friends. Community is at the heart of the SupAventura experience.

What's included in the price? +

Everything: 7 nights accommodation, all meals (7 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 6 dinners + welcome dinner), 4 surf lessons with video analysis, Isla Tortuga boat trip, bioluminescence, ATV waterfall adventure, yoga sessions, SUP yoga, sound healing, cacao ceremony, new moon ritual, welcome gift, and all local transportation to activities.

What airport should I fly into? +

Fly into San José (SJO). From there: small plane (avioneta) to Cobano + taxi to the house, or shuttle + ferry that drops you right at the door. We'll help you coordinate your arrival.

What are the accommodations like? +

A beautiful beachfront house surrounded by jungle. 3 rooms with bunk beds (2 with A/C, 1 with fan and ocean view), shared bathroom, full kitchen and common areas. Note: the house may also have other guests outside the retreat group.

How do I reserve my spot? +

Message us on WhatsApp. A $500 deposit confirms your place. Payment plans available — just ask. Balance is due before arrival.
