Do I need surf or yoga experience?+
None at all. Our instructors adapt to every level, from complete beginners. Just bring an open mind and willingness to try.
Can I travel alone?+
Absolutely — most women join solo! You'll arrive as a stranger and leave with new friends. Community is at the heart of this experience.
What's included?+
Everything: 7 nights accommodation, all meals, 4 surf lessons with video analysis, Isla Tortuga boat trip, bioluminescence, ATV waterfall adventure, yoga, SUP yoga, sound healing, cacao ceremony, new moon ritual, welcome gift and all local transportation.
What airport should I fly into?+
Fly into San José (SJO). From there: small plane to Cobano + taxi, or shuttle + ferry that drops you right at the house. We'll send full arrival details once you reserve.
How do I reserve?+
