Juli Kessler

I am a yoga teacher, sound healer, and guide for transformative experiences in the heart of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. My work is rooted in the belief that nature, movement, and sacred ceremony are powerful tools for healing, connection, and self-discovery.

Through SUP Aventura, I bring together yoga, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, moon gatherings, ocean rituals, and curated retreats — creating a space where people slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are.

Whether you are here for a private session, a group experience, or a multi-day retreat, you will leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.

Immersive sound baths with singing bowls, crystal bowls, and ceremonial instruments. Private or group. Deeply restorative for the nervous system.

Cacao Ceremony

Sacred ceremonial cacao to open the heart. Combined with breathwork, intention setting, and guided meditation. Powerful for groups and private sessions.

Stand-up paddleboard yoga on the Pacific. Sunrise sessions, sunset paddles, and ocean connection rituals for individuals and small groups.

Full moon and new moon ceremonies to mark transitions, release what no longer serves, and set powerful intentions. Held in sacred outdoor spaces.
